Build the quiet AI team behind your creative business.
Let’s use AI to build and manage the part of your business that takes too much of your time. Create simple systems for pitching, invoices, licences, planning and client follow-up, without code and without losing your personal voice.
In eight weeks, you build automations and your own AI team that knows everything about your business and brands you want to work with. All this works in the background, so you can fully focus on the creative part - photographing for yourself and your clients.
The cohort starts in October (the final date is yet to be defined). Every module will be released step by step, so you learn consistently and at your own pace.
Made for non-technical creatives & complete AI beginners
Built inside a real photography business
Created with your voice and for your clients
> You finish a shoot, then lose a lot of time to invoices, folders, emails, and admin work to organize everything.
> You have too many to-do systems... sticky notes, your calendar, your phone reminders and tasks in your head...
> You know you should be sending pitches and look for new clients, yet you've been procrastinating it for months.
> You did not follow up, because you did not want to sound too pushy, and also because it felt too hard to keep following up when brands don’t answer. So, the easy solution is just to not do it.
> You have 50 spreadsheets: for budgets, invoices, licences, shoots… and it’s impossible to keep track of everything.
> A licence you issued for a client ended months ago; you only realized you'd forgotten about it when you saw your photos still being used.
> And one month you're busy with projects, then it all ends, and you're back to zero, pitching new clients through low-income months.
Photography studio would have someone reaching out to clients who didn't pay invoices. Someone else for pitching and following up. Someone else for organizing the shoot and someone for keeping the website updated.
You are currently wearing all these hats. The result? You procrastinate on things you hate, you lose too much time doing admin things that can be easily done by someone else or automated, and you feel overwhelmed and stressed just thinking about things you have forgotten to do.
Why I built FOODlight AI Academy
I have spent 6 years running my food photography business, and I know how complicated and overwhelming it is to wear all the hats.
Moreover, I have taught over 500 students, coached them to grow their businesses, and the problems were always around the pitches, following up, procrastinating the work the creative people hate - budgets, researching and pitching next clients, following up, keeping track of their expenses, invoices, licences and creating content for their marketing.
I had the same problems, alone in my business, doing everything myself, too much to do and not enough time. I started using ChatGPT two years ago, then Claude more intensively. I've built my AI team, automated some processes, and now I'm using AI daily to help me run my own businesses, and my clients. Things started to get more organized. I automated the tasks that took too much time, I didn’t enjoy doing, or that I couldn't keep track of.

your transformation
From business chaos to creative flow.
Right now / before this program
Everything depends on your memory
After
Your business runs on its own
There's no code involved, you don't need to write anything to set up your automations.
I will teach you how to easily automate processes, and create your AI team.
I give you templates and prompts, and we have regular live calls to use to make sure you set up your business correctly.
You don't have to if you prefer not to. You will build your process in a way that it doesn't need access to your inbox, and yet, you will not miss any important part of the whole system we will build in this course.
What you need to connect, however, is your Notion account. The whole program is built on Notion & Claude. If you have never used Notion, you can easily learn how to do it, and I will give you all the templates you need to setup everything.
This program is eight weeks of building automations and your own AI team. With the foundations module, you will teach your AI tool to know everything about your business, so that it creates the quality outcome you expect. This way, your AI team can perform the work while you photograph for your portfolio and for your clients.
Every module of this course will be released step by step. Each lesson will have clear steps and contain an assignment to follow, whether it's a template or skill to install, a document to produce, a brainstorm on specific things, or an AI agent to build.
This way, you easily go through the lesson and follow the steps. Moreover, after each module we meet live, so you can ask me any questions you have.
In the first module, I will show you how Claude works, when to use a chat, a project, a skill or an agent. You will understand how to pick the right plan, connect your apps and tools, how to create or instal a new skill. If you used Chat GPT before, you will also learn how to move your setup to Claude.
Module 2 is all about teaching Claude to understand your business, brand and your voice. You'll teach Claude to write like you, using your own emails and proposals. You'll get clear on the client you actually want, the work you actually want to do. This is very important because the further automations depends on this clarity.
Module 3 is about money and admin processes.
You will setup various processes and automations for your invoices, expenses / receipts, licences of your images. You will also create process for generating quotes for your future projects, and you will learn how to work with all this in Claude. This module is also about setting up your financial and daily dashboard - the base for your every day work, which means, you will get to create your first agents!
List of things you will setup:
Module 4 is about Sales.
You will learn how to set up a proper client database (and move/improve the one you already have). Here, you will train your Claude to write a first email that sounds like you and how to follow up with brands on a schedule you set. You will also build another agent that will research new brands every morning for you and your other AI team members who will take care of brand once you decide to pitch it. You will also create automations to find the email address for the person.
What you will setup in this module:
Module 5 is all about your portfolio and your visibility.
In this module, you'll train your Claude to look at your portfolio through your dream client's eyes and see exactly what they see: which pages you need, in what order, and what belongs on each one. You'll also finally understand how SEO really works for a photography portfolio, explained in plain language, for whichever platform you're on.
I've taken everything I know about building portfolios that win clients and turned it into skills for your Claude. You get all of them in this module. They'll help you restructure your portfolio so it speaks to exactly the clients you want to work with, and so those clients can actually find you.
In this module, we will focus on creating content for social media.
You'll train your Claude to plan and create your content for the platforms you use, whether that's Instagram, Pinterest, or LinkedIn or develop case studies for your portfolio. Then you'll build agents that you activate once a photoshoot is finished and images delivered and it automatically turn that project into ready-made content. Your only job will be to review it and hit publish, on your portfolio and on social media.
Module 7 is about running the parts of your business that happen around the actual shoot: preparation, delivery, and client management. You'll train Claude to understand your own process, so it can support you at every stage, preparing questions for your first client call, building mood boards and shot lists, and drafting update emails during the running project. By the end, the parts of a project that you have to create manually will happen almost on their own.
What you learn
This final module brings everything together. You've been building your agents and processes step by step, now it's time to connect them into one working system, close any remaining gaps, and see the whole thing run as a team rather than separate pieces. You'll also learn how to build new agents of your own, so whatever comes up next in your business, you already know how to automate it.

What comes with the programm
Three things come with the program, and all three were built by me, for my own business. You copy the templates, the skills and the prompts, then make them yours.

Included 01 · Notion teampltes
Clients, shoots, budgets, invoices, licences and pitches, already built for a food photography business. You will not get an empty template with columns you have to invent. These are the same tools that my own AI team works with in my business.
You duplicate it, put your own information in, and stop using fifty different spreadsheets.
*if you already have your own Notion system, I will teach you how to improve it and use it for the automation's setup.
Included 02 · Skills
I took what I teach in my food photography courses and built it into skills you can call on. Instead of sitting through a lesson to find one answer, you ask, and you get the same feedback I would give you, on your own work. Pricing a job, reviewing a portfolio, checking a licence, improving a pitch or a follow up email. The teaching stops being something you watch, and starts being something that you interact with, while implementing it into your business.

Included 03 · Prompt library
Every automation and every agent in the course comes with the exact prompt behind it. Not general AI tips. Prompts written for finding food brands, writing pitches in your voice, chasing invoices, and watching licence dates. You copy one, change the parts that are yours, and it runs.
Together they do about 20-36 or even more hours of work a week. But let’s be honest about that number.
Do you actually have those 36 hours a week?
Between shooting, editing, answering clients and having a life? No. Nobody does.
And have you ever done all of it, properly, for a whole year?
Pitched every week. Followed up on time, every time. Checked every licence. Chased every late invoice. Kept the portfolio fresh. Posted while you were busy with a big job.
Almost nobody has. It's simply too much for one-person business.
You have tried that. We all have. It works for two weeks.
But, you build your AI team once and it just keep running. Then it keeps going on the days you are busy, tired, travelling, or simply not in the mood. You don't need to try harder. You just need your AI team.

The pitch that goes out in a busy week. The follow-up that arrives before the brand forgets you. The licence that gets renewed on time, instead of brand using your images quietly.
That work is not just admin. That work is your income.
One photographer at the top, one dashboard page to read, and four departments doing the work underneath.

Let's take two agents out of that chart. Both are running in my business right now, every single day. Here is exactly what they do, step by step, and in the course you build both, shaped around your clients, your voice and the way you work.
Agent 01 · Admin · your day
The agent that runs my to-do list.
My agent is preparing my dashboard every morning. It runs through my notion workspace, scanning for any notes and deadlines on various pages and in multiple databases. Anything that is found for the specific day is being written down on my daily to-do page.
This is what we will build for you too.

Agent 02 · Sales · new business
The agent that follows up nine times.
Let's say it honestly, we don't follow up enough. So, I built an agent that does this heavy task for me. It scans the database and finds brands that are due to be followed. it follows a specific schedule and drafts emails in my tone of voice. This time, I follow up consistently, because, this is where the real projects are!

I stopped keeping track of what I forgot, and started just doing the work. Each process took me days to build, test and improve until the everything worked perfectly. That is the part I hand you: built systems, skills and agents.

Agent 01 · Admin · your day
The agent that runs my to-do list.
I tried paper, an agenda, Notion, a calendar. Every system worked for a while, then I forgot to update it. Now the tasks live in one place, and the agent keeps the list.

Agent 02 · Sales · new business
The agent that follows up nine times.
It takes around nine touch points before a brand buys. Most photographers stop after one follow-up, because tracking who to write to and when is its own job. This agent does that part.

I stopped keeping track of what I forgot, and started just doing the work. Each one took me about a day to build, test and correct until the emails sounded like me. That is the part I hand you: the build, not the theory.
In the meantime, your brand-research agent found 10 brands worth writing to while you slept, and another agent has already written the emails. Another agent noticed an invoice went late yesterday, and the reminder is ready. A licence ends next month, so you can offer a renewal instead of finding out that you completely forgot about it 4 months later. Thursday’s shoot is planned, with the shopping list. Oh, and your daily-manager agent, has organized your today's task list.
You read your daily dashboard, spend 30 minutes, while sipping your coffee, you approve and send emails.

No, the program is not included inside the Members' Club. The Members' Club teaches photography, marketing and business skills. This program is separate, it's about automating the business side of what you already do, using Claude and Notion. You can join this program whether or not you're a Members' Club student. The Members' Club members have a 10% discount on purchasing the Tier 1 & Tier 2 of this program.
Yes, it's easy to follow the course and do all the setup by yourself. There's no code, and you don't need to be "good with computers or understand AI perfectly." Every lesson gives you the exact template or prompt to use, step by step. The first module of the program gives you the basic undersanding of how Claude works so you can go through further modules without any issues. And after each module, we meet live, so you can ask any questions you have.
The program is built on Claude and Notion, so you will need both, but you don't need to know either one yet. If you've never touched Notion, I give you complete templates to copy, then, you learn how to work with them step by step.
If you already have your own Notion system, I'll show you how to adapt it instead of starting over. Gmail is the only tool that stays optional: you can build the entire system without ever connecting your inbox, and you won't miss a step of the automation for it.
This isn't a course on starting a business from zero, it's on automating one you already have, even a small one. If you don't have clients, a pricing structure or a pitching process yet, there isn't much for your AI team to run on.
I recommend this course for those, who already have a business and have done some client projects already. If you haven't worked with clients yet, you don't need to automate what doesn't exist yet. You can come back once you're doing the work and becoming too busy in the admin work — that's exactly the moment this program is built for.
It depends on how far you want to automate. At minimum, a Claude Pro subscription (around €20/month) covers everything if you're happy doing the manual version of each process. If €20 isn't enough to build out your whole setup, you can temporarily upgrade to the Max plan (around €90/month) to build all your agents and systems in one focused push, then drop back down to €20/month once everything is running.
Notion will cost around €10/month, since you'll need a paid plan to upload documents and store the information your system relies on.
If you want the fully automated brand-prospecting agent later on, that adds a paid tool (Apollo) and brings your monthly cost to roughly €70–85. You can skip Apollo entirely and search for email addresses manually instead.
Running a business means paying for a few tools, and that's exactly why this program assumes you already have clients and some revenue coming in. What you invest in these subscriptions comes back to you, a monthly cost of €100–200 is a small price for a team that runs your admin, sales and follow-up for you.
That's exactly what Tier 1 is for. €499 gets you Module 1 (Foundations), Module 2 (Brand and Voice) and Module 4 (Sales: research, pitch and follow-up agents), self-paced, with live calls for those three modules. You build the part of the business that finds clients and writes to them, without paying for the rest of the system.
That's the Done-for-you option, starting at €3,900. Instead of building it yourself, my team and I install the whole system directly inside your own Notion and Claude accounts with your prices, your licences, your voice, your real data. You approve everything, and then you use it. Apply through the form and I'll tell you what it looks like for your business specifically.
Yes. Both Tier 1 and Tier 2 include the option to purchase 1-1 time with me to review your agents and troubleshoot your specific setup. The group live calls, on the other hand, are for answering questions and walking through certain steps of the process — not for troubleshooting your computer directly or building your agents for you live.
You have 14 days from the start of the program to decide. If it's not for you, ask for your money back, no questions asked. (This guarantee applies to Tier 1 and Tier 2. The Done-for-you tier works differently, since it's a built, delivered system rather than a course, that one runs on milestone sign-off instead.)
